- Since 2001, she has been a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She holds joint appointments in Social Science and Health Policy, Family and Community Medicine, Regenerative Medicine and Bioethics.
Research: She has more than 100 peer-reviewed research publications and has been the PI for both NIH and Foundation grants
